- The design of heavy duty stainless steel with polished welds on all horizontal surfaces prevents dust building up in operation. Seamless design prevents potential product contamination.
- This machine is equipped with advanced detecting system including of a dust compensator and bulit-in spike controller. The sensor adjusts its sensitivity automatically to offset the gradual accumulation of "dust" on the sensor window.
- Product contact materials are all made of 316,304 Stainless Steel or PE.
- Auto rejection system removes incorrectly-filled containers off the conveyor and resets the correct counting amount. This machine is programmable to stop immediately when containers are incorrectly filled.
Features:
- Counting device consists of cutting the channel, counting electric eye detection systems, material door control system components. Each channel can be individually few grains of action, can be used to count the number of fewer than 12 special column settings.
- Stock bin is a tapered body store used for drug grain warehouse . The operator can easily see how much drugs grain in stock bin from all directions at all times to determine whether feeding.
- blanking hopper including the discharge hopper,total discharge door and nozzle system three parts. The entire device is fixed by the positioning block at the bottom of the upper part of the body.
- Join institution in the rear section of the conveyor belt, mainly by three electric eyes of blocking bottles and two cylinder of bottle stopper components through the cylinder block control both sides,the bottle are put in turn.
- Three grade Vibration plate supply system consists of drug delivery path, vibrators and track positioning cylinder components. Three grade vibration plate supply system to take a modular design, installation and removal is very convenient and simple.
- There is a disk for culling at both sides of conveyor belt, each group of culling disk is controled by separate solenoid valve.
